Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years.

Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County.
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team! This position performs intermediate level clerical and administrative tasks.
This position provides exceptional customer service and represents Cascade in a professional manner.

21 DOE WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass WA State Patrol background check.
A national background check may be required if have not lived in WA State consecutively the last three years.
Must be able to represent the agency in a positive and professional manner.
Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to enter information into a computer network system.
Must comply with agency policies and procedures.
Strong typing (60
wpm), spelling and grammar skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of software, including Word, Excel & Outlook Medical training or experience preferred.
Must maintain current home telephone and address on file with the personnel office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Welcomes clients and visitors to the office by greeting them in person and on the telephone.
Respond to inquiries or refer questions to appropriate staff members.
Collaborates with other departments to complete administrative functions as needed.
Assists clients in completing all necessary paperwork.
Processes the paperwork according to current procedures.
Collect all required documentation from clients, request and collect updated documents as necessary.
Verify insurance / Medicaid eligibility.
Schedules and reschedules appointments.
Reminder calls as required.
May collect fees and payments; provides receipts and other records for monetary transactions.
Maintain confidentiality of all client records.
Scanning pertinent client information into EHR.
Process all necessary documentation.
Fulfill medical records requests, according to policy and procedures.
Filing, faxing, copying, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain reception and waiting room areas in a neat and orderly manner.
These areas should be inviting and clean.
Participate in meetings or trainings as required.
Participate in cross support with any other location of Cascade.
Participates in other selected activities at the direction of Manager.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
