56/HR ($40,000 - $49,000 annually) (DOE) Rich Benefits Package includes:
Health package (medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage) - Currently, monthly health premiums are PAID for the employee and their qualifying dependents Life insurance; Long term disability; 11 paid holidays; Paid Time Off (PTO )- accrue 25 days in first year; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); PERS retirement program through the State of Washington Department of Retirement Systems (DRS) CIHS currently contributes 10.
39% of your salary into your retirement.
Qualifications Who should apply? High School graduate or equivalent with at least one (1) year of experience as a receptionist that includes clerical support functions to a variety of individuals, preferably within a clinic or hospital setting.
Proficient with computer use and office applications (Microsoft Office products) commonly used or applied in this field/trade/position.
Some of what you will do:
Provides coverage of front desk, greets visitors, answers phone, and logs phone calls into CIHS PHI Phone Log via Smartsheet.
Point of Service scheduling at Front Desk with potential to cross-over assist with reminder calls/texts.
Provides clerical functions such as copying.
Scans confidential documents into an electronic health record.
Receives, stamps, and logs mail for distribution.
Orders office supplies and provides backup documentation to Finance.
Potential to cross-over assist with Insurance Eligibility Verification including assistance with Dually Insured Clients.
Assists or provides back-up coverage for other CIHS Administrative positions as assigned.
